| 1) Lottery Enrollment Agreement |
| The following sets forth the terms and conditions relating to the arrangement between the Player who is participating ("Player") and SunSeven N.V. "SSNV"). |
|
|
| 2) Eligibility |
| The Player is either a corporation or a natural person over the age of 18 years and is not now nor has ever been an employee of any US/UK/European or other international lottery. |
|
|
| 3) Ownership |
| The parties shall jointly own an interest in any ticket and all the proceeds of any prize claimed by the parties as tenants in common. The Player shall have a ninety nine (99%) ownership interest and SSNV shall have a one percent (1%) ownership interest in any such ticket and proceeds. SSNV will acquire and hold for the parties any ticket purchased. Either party may claim the prize for any winning ticket; however, regardless of which party claims the prize, after the claim is approved by the lottery, the prize will be divided between the parties in accordance with each party’s interest. |

| 4) Taxes |
| Each party specifically agrees and acknowledges that it is responsible for the payment of its own taxes on income received from the joint ownership of lottery tickets as well as filing any required forms with the appropriate local authorities.
Please be aware that US Lotto games are not TAX Free and that federal taxes will be deducted before any winnings are paid. |

| 5) Termination of Agreement |
| In the case of death of Player, any and all prize money due to the deceased Player shall be paid to his or her estate. On the event of dissolution of SSNV, any and all prize money due to SSNV shall be paid to its successor in interest. |
|
|
| 6) Disclaimer |
| SSNV shall have no duty to purchase tickets for joint ownership or claim the prize for any winning ticket if prevented from doing so by acts of God, the actions of any lottery commission, federal state and local governments, or for any reason beyond the control of SSNV and its agents or employees. |
|
|
| 7) Erroneous Information |
| A permanent record will be made of the lottery numbers to be played for each Player. In the event wrong information is sent to a Player, a Player shall not be entitled to any claim based on the receipt of erroneous information. The ticket actually purchased on behalf of the Player will control. Player must immediately notify SSNV upon receipt of erroneous information. Player hereby waives any claim against SSNV for the failure to obtain the proper ticket. |

| 8) Accepting this Arrangement |
| This Agreement will be effective upon the first date on which lottery tickets have been purchased as provided in this confirmation and will continue until the earlier of the date on which SSNV receives written notice from Player to terminate the lottery enrolment or the last date for which lottery tickets are to be purchased as provided by the Player’s Official Confirmation. | 9) Ticket cost |
| The price of each ticket is quoted in Euro’s and includes our service fee, credit card fees, insurance costs as well as any applicable agent fees. By creating an account with us you acknowledge that you understand our cost structure. |

| 10) Refunds |
| We guarantee a full refund for new customers of up to €20.00 on your first order placed. Thereafter all sales are final with no refunds. |
|
|
| 11) Refunds for unprocessed orders |
| We guarantee a full refund of any orders that we have not fulfilled. If we are unable to reverse your transaction back to your credit card we reserve the right to delay payment through any other means. |
|
|
| 12) Billing Policy |
| Your card will be billed on completion of your order and in EUR. While we do our best to ensure that customer orders are billed correctly it is your responsibility to check that the correct charge has been made to your account and to contact support immediately should there be a discrepancy. |
|
|
| 13) Cut-off times |
| Order cut offs are displayed on the ticket selection pages. Make sure you are within this time frame otherwise your tickets will be entered into the following draw. NOTE: Payment needs to be completed before the order cut off time to be valid for a draw (and not at time of picking numbers). |

|
| 14) Liability |
| SSNV cannot be held liable for any late notification of entries for a particular draw. It is the responsibility of the individual to ensure that their orders are placed on time for a draw and that they are aware of the cut-off times for the draws. Players are advised to check their online accounts to confirm that their orders have been placed. |
|
|
| 15) Winning tickets |
| We do not mail winning tickets (or any tickets); the winnings are collected on your behalf and will either be credited to your lotto account or deposited into your bank account (fees and taxes are for players accounts). |
|
|
| 16) Transfer fee’s/payment fees |
| All fees in the transferring of winnings are for SSNV customer accounts. |
|
|
| 17) Content |
| SSNV may change, move or delete portions of, or may add to, this web site from time to time. |
|
|
| 18) Law / Legislation |
| In the event of a change of legislation regarding foreign/overseas players buying Lotto entries and/or Lotto entries being sold commercially, SSNV reserves the right to continue to take entries into a lottery draw where the numbers drawn and the prizes paid out are based exactly on those as quoted by the official lottery. SSNV also reserves the right to pay an annuity on the top 3 prizes (Jackpot/Jackpot less one and two numbers). |

| 19) Fraudulent information |
| Any user/customer supplying false or misleading information: telephone number, fax, email, box or street address, name, credit card information and everything related but not limited to, will forfeit any prize won through this service without notification. |
|
|
| 20) Chargebacks |
| SSNV customers will automatically forfeit any and all prizes won, if a payment is charged back, for any reason and for any transaction, on this web site or relating sites, relating to a winning prize or not and without notification. |
|
|
| 21) Right to cancel |
| SSNV records ip addresses, machine numbers and locations of all transaction via this service. SSNV reserves the right to cancel any transaction that appears to be of a fraudulent nature and to report all gathered information to the necessary authorities. |
|
|
| 22) Affiliates |
| By signing up to our affiliate programme you agree: 1) not to sign yourself up as an affiliate through creating a second account, signing up a family member, friend or anyone else with the purpose of saving on your ticket costs. We check ip addresses and credit cards used and should we feel affiliates are abusing the programme your accounts will be cancelled and affiliate earnings and prizes will be forfeited. |

| 23) Material |
| THE MATERIALS IN THIS SITE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. SSNV DOES NOT WARRANT OR MAKE ANY REPRESENTATIONS REGARDING THE USE OR THE RESULTS OF THE USE OF THE CONTENT OR OTHER MATERIALS IN THIS SITE IN TERMS OF THEIR CORRECTNESS, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE PURSUANT TO APPLICABLE LAW, SSNV DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
